SOT, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Turkey (Turkish): "This is the double standard that is the biggest deadend that western democracy has fallen into today. They show the same lack of principle about refugees. While Turkey has opened its arms to more than five million people, including nearly four million Syrians scattered in eighty-one provinces, the human sensitivity of those who do not want foreigners in their own cities is not convincing. Though they have much more than we have in terms of financial means to take care of these oppressed. Why are they not opening their doors? Why don't they welcome them? It's not for them. But we, as I just said, opened our doors to them at the behest of our civilization, our faith, and welcomed those who escaped from those barrel bombs. And besides, what's happening in Idlib right now, it goes the same way. 200,000 to 250,000 refugees are moving toward our border. We are trying to stop them, but it is not an easy task. It is difficult, because you are dealing with human lives. We can not build barriers, barbed wire, like the West does against human." *MULTIPLE SHOTS AT SOURCE*
