SOT, Tourist: "We arrived in Shanghai a few days because it's a Chinese New Year now and we wanted to go to the Disney Resort but we couldn't because it's closed now because of the epidemic [SIC], because of the virus. So it's very sad and we are disappointed."

The Walt Disney Company announced on Friday that it would temporarily close its Shanghai Disneyland theme park, starting on Saturday, as authorities and companies continue efforts to contain the spread of coronavirus.
Footage filmed on Saturday shows empty streets outside the theme park with security officers in face masks patrolling the territory around the attraction. The company has not said when the facilities might re-open.
The closures, which affect Shanghai Disneyland, Disneytown and Wishing Star Park, come during the Lunar New Year celebrations, typically one of the busiest periods of the year for Disney in China.
The Disney Company said it would offer refunds for Disneyland tickets and for bookings in the resort's hotel rooms.
The Chinese National Health Commission reported a jump in the number of people infected with coronavirus to more than 1,975 on Sunday, with 56 deaths. An outbreak of a respiratory illness caused by the newly emerging coronavirus - also known as 2019-nCoV - was reported in Wuhan, in December 2019.
The virus has also spread to other countries despite stringent efforts by Chinese authorities to contain the disease.
