Carrot Craft Beer Brewing in Australia

An Australian craft brewer has the answer for you.
Wade Curtis, who runs 4Hearts Brewing Company in Queensland, and carrot farmer Richard Gorman have teamed up to create a new version of beer for the Australian market. Curtis told Mashable Australia that he decided to brew the unusual vegetable beer as he had seen the same technique work with fruit, pumpkins and beetroot. The beer — named Wabbit Season — contains 16% carrot juice, wheat and barely malt, along with a small amount of hops and pepper and is made at Curtis's small brewery in Ipswich. It is served a distinctive bright orange colour.
