SOT, Jonas Levente, Member of Our Homeland Movement: "Unfortunately in Hungary for hundreds of years we have a gypsy community. And they don't manage to integrate in a modern democratic civilised society but they have a special subculture, should I say, which means that they are educating in their family, the gypsies, against Hungarians, and they are forcing their kids to commit crimes."

Hundreds of supporters of far-right party Mi Hazank Mozgalom (Our Homeland Movement) and Batyarsereg Magyarorszag (Hungarian army of Batyar) rallied in the northeastern city of Miskolc on Sunday, protesting what they call a spike of 'Roma crime.'
Radical nationalists marched holding nationalist flags, with some dressed in military outfits and black clothes. People could later be seen rallying in front of a stage, where leader of Mi Hazank, Laszlo Toroczkai addressed the crowds.
Protesters, who blamed the Roma community for failing to integrate in the Hungarian society, were met by an anti-fascist counter demonstration, but no clashes between the two groups were reported.
