SCRIPT
Wuhan, the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak and home to 11 million, appeared deserted on Thursday, two weeks after the city entered a state of lockdown.
Supermarket food shelves and aisles displayed a lack of food in light of the current coronavirus outbreak.
The area around Hongshan stadium can be seen surrounded by police vehicles, that have been set up on the main avenues and at the entrance of tunnels and on bridges, as checkpoints to help check the spread of the virus.
Over 500 have died in China and more than 28,000 people have been infected with the respiratory disease which is thought to have originated in the city of Wuhan in China in late December.
